Tiddlywinks on their way home..

On the 2nd September we started our drive back to the UK to take the Tiddlywinks home, after having them for a 4 month Summer holiday stay with us. We decided to stay in a B&B in Gappenes to break our travel up and as a last treat for the children. We stayed at a beautiful place called La Nicoulette, we had a lovely room and the children had a room up stairs, they loved that, their little hide out.

After having such an enjoyable holiday and maybe a bit tired they decided to have a Jacuzzi, they had such fun in there.....must admit it did look good. They both jumped in with their undies on (no costumes at the ready) but we didn't mind.

After the Jacuzzi we went into the Village for our "Last Supper" and had Steak & Frites (very expensive) but as it was Sunday we really didn't have a choice, but the children enjoyed it.  We had a walk around the Village, it had a lovely Church/Abbey, looked beautiful lit up at night, Bobbi stood in the massive doorway.

Once back in our room they were tired and decided to go to bed, I think more to explore their room upstairs.
Following morning we went for breakfast and got a pleasant surprise, a delicious breakfast waiting for us, an assortment of fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt and 9 different home made cakes to choose from. We also had croissants and fresh bread with tasty home made jams.....

Some lovely photos of where we stayed...
