Out for lunch in the beautiful village of Verteuil-sur-Charente..

We had another lovely lunch today at Cafe Portebleue in the beautiful village of Verteuil. Cafe Portebleue serve some lovely lunches/evening meals, and also do a superb Menu de Jour Monday-Friday. Starter, Mains, Dessert or Cheese and a glass of Wine for €12.50, excellent value.
