Boulanger..

Just been down to our local Boulanger, I sat in the car and was fascinated as to how many French people where collecting their bread for the day. Loaves under their arms, in their shopping bags, all different types, their diet consists of bread and seems mainly bread, they were nibbling their bread as they were walking back to their cars. Our bread which has been our favourite so far is Pain d'ordinaire, but there are baguettes, Ficelle, Pain de Campagne so many to choose from, but delicious and so fresh.
